Bad shot N E advice?

I put this one in the quad and today it doesnt feel good. There is a nice bump beneath the surface and it has pain down in my knee. Im limping around and sh1t. Any ways of helping this? What do you think went wrong here? Im always very sterile.

I just did my shot with a 28g. Never done that small before. It worked just took some effort. Think I will stick to the larger ones though.

Sounds like your injecting to low. Where are you injecting in the quad?

IT was about 1/3 of the way up from the knee. Too low? Maybe the placement as well? Instead of the usual side I did in between the top and side maybe between the two.
