I need a steriod that is going to increase my speed and endurance
I need a steriod that is going to increase my speed and endurance
Whats ur stats? Age. weight height etc.
200m 22.7 age 18 170lb im a little out of shape now
Whats ur training experience? First cycle?
Age 18, out of shape? You shouldn't be on this board in the first place. Start off with a solid workout routine, diet properly and forget about steroids for the next 5 years at least.
ive done a cycle of dbol
im coming back from an injury and all ive been doin is watching what i eat and ive started running again i need to increase my speed as much as possible before i go got school
It doesn't matter if you've done a cycle of dbol.
1. you aren't even old enough to be allowed on this board.
2. do you have any idea what aas use can do to your body at such a young age?
3. Do you know anything about post cycle therapy?
4. Steroids can strain your heart, shooting some test or popping some var will do nothing to make you faster.
5. If anything, at 170, all you would do is destroy your tendons and ligaments from the muscle growth.
Bottom line, and I can't stress this enough (even if it sounds ignorant)
you are absolutely not ready for steroids, forget about it.
every athlete needs the extra edge to get ahead of the competion and right now thats what i need. yea i know what steriods can do to my body and the side effects. i need something that is going to increase my speed before track starts i am in perfect shape to take steriods
A little out of shape is not the perfect shape to take steroids.... Extra edge?? Get off your lazy ass then and go practice/workout untill you feel like you are going to die then go back the next day and do it again.
Gotta love newbies!!!
gzz get a good diet going! you dont need steroids u needa good role model
At the age of 18! Holy Sh**, this is a dangerous territory for you and the actions you take take now, will effect your body for the rest of your life.
mod, can we get a suspension or something? Underage.
18 is the age your allowed to be on the boards -.-
dude...the best steroid for you is food and training.... dbol only cycle...
I wish people would read before they post....
Is there any way you can make a person read atleast the stickies before they are allowed to post... like a agreement.... i went a full year of reading before i started posting here...
if youre outta shape you dont need steroids..at 18 you definitely dont need steroids b/c you have no clue about diet, training, or how to cycle properly..You just set yourself up for a myraid of problems..I have a brother who is 18 and if he even thought about juice, I would kick his ass!!
Amen man, so many people neglect to look into the bare basics of aas use, yet have the confidence they can just inject whatever they want into themselves, regardless of health, advice or common sense.Originally Posted by pewntang
its just laziness and so irritating!! so many people just want the easiest way possible without putting in the hard work, drive, desire, and discipline. what happened to no pain no gain and pushing yourself till you have nothing left. until you reach that point in your life, you need to stay away from aas.
agree with silvertoungeddevil.....it seems the younger generation have no work ethics. wanted it now and not later....18 is to young and to stupid to realize.
you should hold off, your coach isn't going to pull your scholarship unless he is a real dick. He will understand you are getting over an injury and as long as you show up for practice you should be fine. It is only your perception that you need steroids to compete, I knew many college athletes that didn't use including myself.
I would listen the the advice given to hold off. If your going to do it anyway at least stick around and read a lot. Use the search button and you can find out a lot on several topics. 18 is too young for aas.
Good luck.
Exactly! Bodybuilding is about sacrifice, pain, pushing yourself to your natural limits, then when you have achieved your bodys natural peak, you turn to aas to push yourself over the edge.Originally Posted by SilverToungedDevil

ok dont even say its ****ing laziness i worker my ass off i went all the way to the meet of champions so dont tell me i dont work hard enough. Im in better shape then alot of ppl on here. I need steriods to bring me back to where i was before i got hurt. Im not using to get big or use for a long period of time i need it to get me back to where i was. I research everyday and look at shit and the three that ive seen that are the best is Winstrol, Anavar, and HG
I didn't call you lazy, I'm sure you are not or you wouldn't be involved in a sport at the college level. You should listen to the people on here though, some are a lot more educated then you would expect a meat-head to be. You don't know nearly as much as you think. I only stated you should complete your rehab without the aid of steroids. Using at this point in recovery could increase the potential of re-injury. Stay away from the winstrol as it will give you weak tendons and destroy your knees as a sprinter.

If youre not going to compete why even bother with steroids for competition purposes. At your age track might seem like the world but it should only be if youre going to make a living off it. Forget about the steroids and go workout and when youre in decent shape look for a better reason. My 2COriginally Posted by Speed83
Bro... listen... i competed in two college level sports and in one of them took my team to nationals (AFTER...having complete knee reconstruction)i have been a fitness natzi since i was 12years old. i have three nationally recognized personal training certificates, and currently train people for a living. i have researched aas for years and never ONCE did i take or consider taking any performance enhancing substances. only now... after reaching my bodies natural limits and aquiring insane amounts of knowledge(which i still feel like i don't know enough), at 25 years old have i just decided to do my first cycle. and even with all of that said... it still didn't pan out the way that i planned. i'm only telling you this b/c i really want you to think about what you are doing. you could do some serious(not just cosmetic) damage to your body. just do me a favor and TRY recover naturally. your body will be so much stronger and faster for it. if all that fails and you just absolutely refuse to listen to logic.... atleast spend more time researching aas extensively so you can limit the amount of damage you are definately going to do to yourself.Originally Posted by Speed83
I agree with what you say, but no need to frighten him. Yes its a bad idea, id wait a couple years if I was him to see what he can do naturally. Number 5, about destroying his tendons and ligaments from muscle growth, I have never heard of that ever happening. I dont think thats even a possibility unless you do weight training to the extreme...Originally Posted by Amorphic
I also suggest you guys lay off him and stop assuming, perhaps he is a hard gainer, or has hypogonadism or low test levels. Sometimes a blood test for androgens, estrodiol and thyroid hormones cant hurt, as problems in these areas can make training difficult. Either way, steroids at 18 is still possible, as usually by 18/19 most people will have stopped growing. You still need to be careful, have a look at yourself and see if for example, you have reached the end of your growth by checking your height against your fathers. Do the nessasary blood work, and most of all, be educated. Problems happen when you inject (or swallow the pills) without knowing what your doing...

WTF are you talking about, did you even read the tread? No, 18 or 19 is not a good age to take steroids. What gives you any indication he has a problem with his glands? The guy is trying to shotcut a recovery/take the lazy/quick way to get better. By doing this is putting himself at a high risk for re-injury. BTW I am 3-4 inches taller than my father, and my mother isn't a tall person so what the heck does checking your fathers height have to do with anything? I continued to get taller until 22 and many people do.Originally Posted by pr0digy9daniel
what the helll? dude are you serious? i didn't stop growing until i was 22, and like kratos i'm taller than my father and waaay taller than my mother.
Your tendons and ligaments will be damaged if you do not have a solid foundation of muscle before you start aas use. When you lack muscle and gain an incredible amount on aas, your connective tissues, tedons and ligaments are put under incredible strain from the new muscle growth. It is true, and its no myth, if you dont have the muscle to begin with, how can you think your body will be able to support it?Originally Posted by pr0digy9daniel

thanks for all the help
dude, ignoring the fact that what all of these people have said, there really is no steroid that does what u want. most steroids diminish endurance and speed. they make u stronger but endurance is always affected negatively for me. u produe more red blood cells with a lot of the comounds people use and that theoretically should make u have more endurance but it does the opposite in reality. more blood makes everything in ur body work harder and u get tired. I all it mud blood syndrome.
long story short, I can't think of a single comound that I'd say specifically boosts endurance and speed. possibly winny or var but not enough to speak of. u have to diet and exercise ur balls off. I broke my knee when I was 15 and was out for a year. came back the next year running a 4.54 40 yard and ran for 900 yards, and went undefeated in the regular season of wrestling. I did water aerobics, plyometrics and nothing but calisthetics. get at it dude
As stated many times above, diet is so important. Try eating nothing but organic foods and make sure you have plenty of fruits and green veggies in your diet. This will assist your body in reducing toxins from your cells which will allow them to work at their peak. Another performance enhancing "secret" of a lot of pro athletes is drinking purified ionized alkaline water. Water is so important to an athlete's performance levels. PM me for more information bro, but again steroids are a NO NO for you in my humble opinion. Like I said PM me and maybe I can help you out more.
then i need something that is going to put on muscle but just muscle no water weight i need to be as lean as possible but i do not want to loose weight or muscle
easily accomplished through proper diet and trainingOriginally Posted by Speed83
like everyone else said your to young buddy i suggest you stay away from steroids and think about how you got yourself to the meet of champions originally i bet it had nothing to do with gear, i bet it was hours of dedication and hard work rewind your mind and get back into that frame of mind!! nothing comes without hard work
