Stats? proposed cycle, ages, height, bf%, goals?

I'm not sure if aas use can interfere with insulin levels in a diabetic, I would be a bit weary however. I'm sure someone else can shed some light on the subect. It goes without saying you'd never want to experiment with insulin in future cycles. Goodluck

The only one you should listen to on this one is your DOCTOR.
The type of diabetes you have is very important. Your doctor might say don't do gear but be up front and advise him of what you want to do and see if he can guide you in the right direction. Us medical professionals aren't dumb we know people are going to do what they want regardless of what we say so it is more important that you have all the tools so as not to kill yourself.
    Good Luck

Yeah I agree with Buff, MD will obviously tell you not to cycle, but if you plan on it, he may give you advice regarding the diabetes and potential dangers. Goodluck
