    different types of whey protein

    Im about to make a purchase of whey protein but was wondering what the difference between the types are.

    - whey protein isolate
    - whey isolate w.concentrate
    - whey protein concentrate

    Isolates- About 90-96% protein, less fat, less lactose.
    Concentrates- About 70-80% protein, more fat and lactose than Isolates.

    Isolates absorb very fast and are ideal for PWO(along with Hydrolized whey, but HW tastes like shit, mix the two).
