here is a delicious and tasty treat that i need your feedback on guys
here are the macros for it
160/20 - Calories/Cal Fat
2g - Total Fat
1g - Sat Fat
31g - Carbs
21g - Sugar (mostly Fructose I hope?)
4g - Protein
This little snack consists of Low Fat Yogurt, Iced Strawberry slices, Ice blueberries and a small little pouch of some granola.
Now.... seeing as how this has a good serving of fruits, some good low fat yogurt and some great granola for carbs, can this be ok to eat while on a cutting diet?
of course i understand if they fit my macros, great!! but what im asking is.... well u know... just like the saying goes, "if it tastes good, its prob not good to eat!" and this thing is HEAVEN !!
and look at the macros!! they are good!!
low fat, good source of carbs, decent sugar level from the fruits, and not a huge amount of protein but that ok, im mostly focusing on the carb part since i am carb cycling to lean up....
i dont know if im allowed to say where this dessert is from, i dont want to get banned or kicked from this site since you guys are my LIFE!!! but it is from a fast food restaurant and its only $1 !! so u know, whenever your on the run or in short time, you can pick one up for a buck and get goin and know that you are getting some good food in your system
so guys... what do you think? judging from the macros, do u think this is ok to consume while of course watching what I eat, excersizing daily and more importantly, watching my macros as to not exceed my Pro - Carb - Fat diet im doing?
