Hey guys I started Mass Tabs yesterday.
I will summarize my cycle here...
I'm 24 yrs old, i'm 5'8-5'9 my weigh in is at 155... and my wishful thinking goal weight is 170, 165 after PCT
Maybe %7 body fat i will get a 7 point caliber measurement for the next post-
I'll increase caloric intake by 250 every week or as my body needs for 4 wk cycle.
Other supp's- solgar's multi vit, muscle milk & dex, casein, and %100 whey iso, glutamine, total efa's
PCT- i dunno yet but prob some Nolvadex and maybe the IDS pct tabs, i will also finish almost empty bottles of CEE, Nitrix and ZMA

I have a pretty fast metabolism, somewhat of a hardgainer- I'm a Trainer/Nutrionist been doing it for 6 years, lifting for 8 on and off. Played high school sports and still play b-ball and baseball from time to time. Boxed for 3 years on and off too.
Well that's all i think...

) It is true that nicotine lowers estrogen, BUT you dont have to worry about estrogen while your "on" cycle because its impossible for these PH compounds to aromatise while your on cycle. PCT might be a better time to take up nicotine intake
but even then, there obviously better ways to lower estrogen then smoking a butt or chewin on some Dip.

and blasted 6 cheat reps from hell, wow, couldn't believe the strength. My bi's keep developing well. And for some reason my arms biggest improvement has been my forearms, they are pumped all day everyday... a bit painful at times.
