    test e strength gains

Wanting to hear from anyone who frontloaded test e. Here's the background on this. I've been cutting natural for like 3 or 4 months now. I'm still on my cutting diet now. I'm just going to be starting my bulking diet on Monday. This is my first cycle. I decided to frontload. So late Sunday night I shot 500. Then early Thursday morning I shot another 500. Thursday night I go to the gym. I've been struggling to keep my poundages up because I've been loosing a lot of fat. I was doing heavy triples a little short of failure, first heavy set I notice the weight feels like it ain't $hit. So I add 10 pounds to every lift and get a 4th rep and I'm still short of failure. It was intense. By the end I was seriously tired. Then after I ate I just perked back up again. So is that normal when frontloading?

Whatever it is, it's pretty sweet so far.

Being the test e is a long ester, and its been less than a week, you probably just had a good day. You'll know when it kicks in...my bench max jumped up about 65lbs. in 4 weeks.

Placebo effect. It wouldn't be kicking in already.

you may want to transition slowly into your bulking diet so that you dont get a rebound effect coming from a starvation state to and excess caloric state. And gain back the fat you lost.

Placebo effect can be suprisingly powerful, nonetheless, when the test e kicks in you are going to blow your mind.

even if it is kicking in .. its not going to add that much of a noticable increase in strength..

Yea, I thought it was too early. Just a coincidence that I happened to have a particularly good day.

Thanks for the tip, Musclescience, a good idea. I do tend have a problem with fat gain. I have to have my diet fine tuned like you wouldn't believe. Otherwise I start looking like a power lifter. I'll slowly ease my carbs/calories up over the next couple weeks.

sorry for the confusion. It's just kind of a running joke. Powerlifters kind of have a reputation for being a little on the fat side. So when a bodybuilder says he would start looking like a powerlifter if he eats that, it is just a funny way of saying it would make him fat.

I have to eat very clean or I gain too much fat when bulking. I am an endomorph and I have a bit of insulin resistance. So when I bulk I can't eat as many carbs as you would be able to. I can't do much in the way of cheat meals either. My genetics for building muscle are decent, but my fat loss/gain genetics are absolute dog $hit. So I have to do it just right.

I have to be even more hardcore when cutting. I haven't had a cheat meal in nearly 5 months at the beginning of my previous bulk. It gets results though. I just kind of got used to it and I just get into groove and focus on my goals.

It took me 6 weeks on my first test e cycle to feel any real results. I'm just finishing a 12 week test e cycle @ 750 mgs a week. But I kick started with dbol for 4 weeks. That shit is awsome. My gains were good!
