Honestly I don't train abs. I only train them a couple of weeks out from show. I think they get hit as a secondary muscle group. When I do pull overs, I flex my abs. Same for other movements. I just don't train them directly. (I hate doing crunchs!)Originally Posted by wascaptain5214
