    3rd cycle critique

    stats 22yrs old, 5'8, 186lbs, 11%bf, 3rd cycle

    this is what it looks like
    wk 1 frontload(test E 1500mg 3 inj)
    wk 1 frontload(deca 1000mg 3 inj)
    wk1-12 test E 800mg split into 2 inj wk
    wk1-10 deca 600 mg split into 2 inj wk
    wk1-3 dbol 40mg a day
    wk1-12 arimidex .25mg a day might run through to wk 17
    wk1-10 I might add primo at 400 a wk. dunno yet
    wk12-14 hcg 500iu a day
    wk14-17nolva
    wk14-17proviron 25mg a day
    wk14-17clen 80mcg a day

    just taking the clen because its anticatabolic not for fat loss
    let me know what you guys think

    1st cycle sus 750mg a wk, deca 400mg a wk, dbol 40mg a day

    2nd cycle test E 800mg wk, deca 400mg a wk, dbol 40mg a day
    I was thinking about masteron but since its a dht and im prone to hair loss thats out so maybe primo just to add something new but im not sure yet im still two weeks out.

    1st cycle i actually started at sus 500mg wk half way through I upped the dosage.

    The cycle looks well planned, though the Test dosages of all three are too high. The first should not have been raised like that though I suspect it was due to what you deemed insufficient gains...SEE BELOW FOR A THEORY ON WHY THIS IS. Thus, you should seriously consider reducing this as more Test does not equal better results once you reach a certain point (Law of Dim. Rets.). I would also suggest experimenting with different compounds. You know how the Test/Deca/Dbol, works for you, therefore trying another Nor and DHT would be highly recommended.

    What concerns me most is the intermingling of your bio data...22yrs old, 5'8'', 186lbs with two completed cycles. That weight seems somewhat light (which hints at lackluster dieting, THE REASON MOST INCREASE TEST AMTS.) but would of course have to be viewed using a barometric baseline, hence the question, "What were your starting stats (pre-both cycles)?" Lastly, what is your lifting history, or "How long have you been properly and consistently (at least 4x a wk) lifting for?" The failure to develop a sound foundation, a.k.a. the realization full natty potential haunts many in the early going.

    What was your time frame on your previous cycles. When was your first and then your second, and now a third at 22 years old. Just curious.

    I have listed consistantyly for five years lifting five days a week but had over a year and half break due to an injury lost everything. when I started my first cycle i weighed 152lbs i admit my first cycle was too soon I should have waited but I wanted to get back to my weight before the injury as fast as possible. after to short eight wk cycles and losing some of what I gained innevitable I now weigh what I weighed before the injury. I upped the first dose of test because a friend with alot of experience told me to so I took his word for it.
