    Effective Creatine Absorption

    Hey yall. Just wanna ask, how do you guys take in creatine monohydrate? I mean, w/ sugar? Or just water?

    I’ve read a lot of articles in the net & mags. Some say you should take it w/ this, w/ that.

    I wanna hear it from you guys.

    What do you think is most effective based on your own experience?

    Just confused. Thanks!

    I used to take it with a little grape juice, but now I just use water...

    Upside is that it can be absorbed and pushed into the muscles quicker when taken with simple sugers. Downside is you are ingesting simple sugers.

    It works fine without any suger. Take it with a meal. Easier on the stomach and taking it with food can increase its absorption rate.

    Alota creatine manuf. make it with alota sugar to help it uptake in ur muscles. Personally me i'd go with the newer forumulations like Creatine Ethel Ester or Gluconate myself. It absorbs better and u dont' have to load it and u can get the same benefit from a lighter dose.
