i wouldnt mess w/ em.. there are far better carb sources for pwo.. no need for so much sugar... the insulin spike really isnt that beneficial.

pre work out nutrition is as important as pwo if not more-so.
Just checking =P I am a firm believer in Pre workout nutrition usualy 3 servings of oats and 8oz chicken breast 30-45 minutes pre workout and 50g malto + 50g whey followed by a similar meal as preworkout 30min later for post..... only run dextrose when using slin...Originally Posted by taiboxa
