If I cld get my legs to grow and match with my upper body I wld be 210 lbs easy.
I have the legs of a marathon runner... strong but thin. I have been working on them but nothing seems to help. I tore cartilage in both knees before and recently broke my foot on the job so that has not helped.. I am going to focus on them this winter and just do some maintenance on my upper body.

    you look great.
Man, I got the legs of a freakin' chicken my legs are like the opposite of tom Platz- nothing helps. Squats all the way down, leg presses, volume training, low reps, high reps, it's like my legs just won't grow...

Yeah I would be a little hesitant going heavy with previous injuries like that. Im the exact opposite, my legs a natural big, they blow up when I go heavy. Good luck man, keep the good work up

Tough breaks. Keep hittin' those legs and they'll come. Injuries suck. During my first cycle I broke my right ankle. I took 5 weeks off with a cast. As soon as it came off, I was squattin' heavy.

Yeah I am going to give it another go this winter with my bulker... It just freaks me out when I can hear my joints making weird noises even though there is no pain. I might start wrapping my knees for piece of mind.

    Thanks
