Severe arm pump on first cycle

I've been working out for awhile now and also racing motocross... I sustained an injury last year and wanted to help with getting back into shape so i took my first cycle of test 250 for about 8 weeks at 400 a week. Saw great gains... about 20 lbs and got in great shape. Now that im starting to ride again, I've been having a really difficult time with my arms pumping up and becoming so hard that i cant hold on very long when this was never the case in the past. I also notice that when i sleep my hands are always falling asleep and my feet sometimes too.. like every night. Its like its creating not too good of blood flow through my arms and im wondering if the test could be the problem or if its just from extensive heavy lifting.. i know with motocross im not supposed to lift short reps (less than 30) but i did all summer. Does anyone have any suggestions??? Maybe not so much on the motocross side but what test causes or if it could create this?? Right now im getting ready to take my post cycle next thursday and just cant wait too get things back to normal from a riding perspective.

sounds to me like a water retention problem from the test (were you taking AI/SERMs on cycle?). Compound that with the gear-induced bicep/forearm/brachialis pump that comes from riding since it requires your entire arm to vigorously stabilize your body, which is like a workout in itself. Yep, that would certainly effect blood supply and your grip. If you are going to do PCT anyways, then being patient is your best bet. The excess water will gradually flush itself out especially if you have some anti-e's in your PCT. I don't foresee it being a permanent problem.

    cheers

I agree ^^^ My arms, especially my forearms would do the same thing whenever I was riding quads or rock climbing. It does effect your grip and makes your arm feel fatigued very fast. I'm 2 week into my PCT and it has pretty much gone away. Whats your PCT look like? I'm running Aromasin, Nolva, & Clomid.....

Must admit thought I do miss that constantly pumped feeling.

ya, i dont start until next week but ya, the arm pump could be affected by that... it even creates a problem of my hands falling asleep when im sleeping constantly. Just woke up with that problem actually. I'm going to be taking Clomid aromisin, and something very similar to nolvadex. I guess I should have used something that doesnt retain water like aromadex correct?? A place in town also sells a drug that brings your water retention way down... my roommate has done a lot of cycles and uses it if he starts to get a double chin he says... lol So should i run that? When I ride I've been taking asprin to thin the blood... but of course I always used to do that before races just to keep the pump away at the beginning of the season. Anyway, thanks for your thoughts... let me know if you have any more...

Yep, a low dosage of arimidex or aromasin would help suppress the water retention. Like .5mg -1mg per day. For PCT it would be 25mg. Remember even with out water retention the compounds are working to increase the effectiveness of your workout. So you will still feel some pump or tightness in your muscles. Plus some of the compounds (tren, mast, winny) that dry you out may cause issues with painful joints. So some water isnt that bad unless your preparing for a contest.... IMO

Just wondered what this something similar to nolvadex that your taking would be?

actually its not really similar, im just taking it as a blocker..for what novadex is used for its called estro extreme... it actually seemed to work really well when i used it to fight off a bit of gyno during cycle...
