    dose anyone have a good diet that will help gain mass and loose fat

    im a new meber to the site after i was looking over the posts i saw people have a lot of good info to offer i was wondering if anyone knows of a good diet to gain mass and cut the fat when it comes to taking d-anabol and some of the other products in the pro competition stack. i work out and do an hr of cardio a day total 30 min before lifting and 30 min after if anyone can help or give me some examples or ideas i would greatly appreciate it.

    the best diet for you .. is one you are able to constrct w/ your own knowledge that u ascertained from much research.. for hopefully u know ur body better than we do otherwise thats just creapy.

    2ndly gaining fat and putting on muscle at same time is VERY VERY DIFFICULT unless you are brand spanking new to lifting..

    this is my daily diet of what i eat

    breakfast

    mult vita
    3 eggs 4 peices of bacon 2 slices of rye or whole weat toast
    i have recently switched to egg whites

    lunch

    ususaly any type of protine prefferably chicken amd veggies

    dinner

    usualy the same thing as lunch protine and veggies

    when i get home i usualy haqve cottage cheese and either whole wheat bread or wheat thins sometimes when i have it fresh fruit also like watermelon blubberys ect

    pre wrk out

    water
    hydroxycut hardcore
    dianabol

    post workout
    vitamin water some sort of protine shake usualy nitro tech hardcore shake

    i am also pre diabetic which i know i should be eating more times a day and less portions ive cut out all soda and white bread and all of bad carbs from my diet and im trying to eat more complex carbs to balance my sugar levels such as green veggies beans ect
