im a new meber to the site after i was looking over the posts i saw people have a lot of good info to offer i was wondering if anyone knows of a good diet to gain mass and cut the fat when it comes to taking d-anabol and some of the other products in the pro competition stack. i work out and do an hr of cardio a day total 30 min before lifting and 30 min after if anyone can help or give me some examples or ideas i would greatly appreciate it.
