HCG week 1 - 3 @ 500 IU/daily
(I may add this in starting around week 10 in cycle--listening to my body and will decide as I go) + Vit E @ 1000 IU daily.
I may add in EQ at 200mg/wk on wk 2 - 13 to see if I tolerate it (I want to use EQ in my next cycle and want to see how I respond) and lower the Cyp to 400 mg/wk.
I have letro and clomid on hand if necessary.

I want size and strength. Goal is to hit 200+ lbs and keep at least 20.
Diet: Bumped from 3000 cals to 4000 - 4500 daily.
I eat fairly clean, eg, breakfast: 4 whites 2 whole eggs, 3 pieces toast, Oatmeal (mixed with protein), 8 oz skim milk and OJ.
I try to eat 6 to 8 times daily and once in the middle of the night (casein). Only trouble I'm having is finding the time to eat that much.
I'm actually into week 2 of cycle at the moment--no EQ yet--and things are growing great. I'm already stronger and getting better pumps (it may just be psychological, but I doubt it)
