    Order Confirmation

    Hello,

    I made an order on July 28th. I have not received any confirmation that the order has shipped, as it has already been a week. My order is #21240. If I could have some kind of confirmation as to whether this will be shipping, and if so, when it will be shipping, I would appreciate it very much.

    It shipped the next business day all orders do.

    Is there a tracking number or any way I could check the status of my order?

    It has been 10 days since I placed my order, and 7 days ago that I should have received it, at least according to the shipping information provided at the time of order.

    log into your account and check the order status all the info will be there.

    I still have not received my order. It's #21240. I have checked ar-r.com, went to my account, and it does say it's shipped, yet I am still waiting on it.

    It has been since July 28th that I made my purchase for $145 (order #21240)and as of Sept 6th, I still have yet to receive my products.

    Have not received comfirmation e-mails that the products have been sent, nor have I received any customer service follow-up on my satisfaction (or lack thereof) with the products and/or ordering process. Private correspondance with Lion has gone unanswered.

    I am very dissatisfied with the service provided. I will not be ordering from ar-r.com again.

    I would like to cancel my order, and I also want a refund.

    i felt the same way myself for the past 2 weeks. i have not recieved a ship confirmation from him either. I have been ording from him for 2 years and plenty of stuff from him too. i always recieved my stuff in 2-3 days and always recieved a confirmation until my latest order. i have not recieved a confirmation from him and trying to get a hold of him was a pain in the ass. he has not addressed my post either. i emailed sales@lionnutrition. and after a couple attempts finally got response. It turns out he did ship my stuff right away but went to my old address. he said he will reship to me as i am greatful. I am not sure how much business you have done with him but i do have full confidence in him and am sure he will make it up. If this is your first time ordering from him please don;t judge from just this one bad experience. Every business has gone through some gliches once and a while. just keep emailing and posting.

    Thanks for the input, crane. I have ordered from ar-r.com a couple years ago and was pretty happy with everything - this was the second time I've ordered. As I related to Lion, I understand that complications within the internal business process can and do arise, so I'm not holding a grudge. He went out of his way to get me a refund, and for that, I'll likely purchase from him again.
