I just pulled a hamstring pretty badly. Feels like I tore something. I'm going to the doc tomorow to see what happened, but my question is this; the things I'm taking, should I taper them down and then stop completely for recovery? I'm on 50mcg of t3, dunno if I should continue it. I already got off clen, and I'm assuming ramping gh higher would be a good idea.
Another question: if you guys get hurt on steroids..wat do you do? Just finish early and run pct? Or do the rest of ur cycle?
