2 teaspoons of psyllium husks
2 teaspoons of Udo's Beyond Greens
1/4 teaspoon bentonite
^ All washed down in a large glass of water
2 scoops whey + 5g glut peptides, 5g BCAAs, 5g CEE
Bowl of muesli
1 cup oatmeal
2 scoops whey

As above with raisins added!
I like oatmeal or 2 breyer's yogurt with a protein shake. Maybe some fruit if isn't rotting already in my fridge.
Oats and egg whites
half cup fat free cottage cheese
2 cups of skim milk
2 scoops of whey
apple
1.5 cups Oats
8 eggwhites
1 scoop whey
boring.
Cup of coffee and some Lucky Charms.
bowl of microwaved grits or oats.
bowl of microwaved egg whites with salsa and a little miracle whip.
