    Breakfast,is it important ?

    people say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and i agree,so my question to everybody is
    WHAT IS A TYPICAL BREAKFAST FOR YOU ?

    1/4 teaspoon bentonite
    ^ All washed down in a large glass of water

    2 scoops whey + 5g glut peptides, 5g BCAAs, 5g CEE

    Bowl of muesli

    I like oatmeal or 2 breyer's yogurt with a protein shake. Maybe some fruit if isn't rotting already in my fridge.
