Letrozole

hi everyone just finished a cycle with some unexpected side effects. i've got a a really big lump under my left nipple and a small lump under my right. I will be going on some Letrozole but i have no clue how to take it or how much of it as well as for how long. also do i need to take anything else with it. i have a friend who had the same problem a couple of years back but he got his surgically removed. any help from you guys very much appreciated and thank you to all those who reply in advance.

c bino has a gyno removal protocal on here, use the search function. I believe that you need nolva to combat the rebound effect once you come off the letro. I may be mistaken
