    Rotator cuff injury??

Hey bros i have been feeling slight pain in the rear of my right shoulder. Im guessing it is a rotator cuff injury but im not sure. The pain is very vague and i cant pinpoint where it exactly hurts.

I have not lost any strength but when i get done with a set there is a really weird pain that isnt that bad but wont go away. The pain is right around my Teres Minor.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!!!

i have this right now...no exact location, no direct source of pain, just a stupid annoying dull ache after you finish a set..eventually it starts to ache all day.my advice is to stop now lol

this happens to me every 8 or 9 months like clockwork... i chalk it up to a reoccuring rotator cuff injury...im at week 4 of no chest and shoulders and light back to nurse this son of a bitch back

i also have a orthopedics appointment to finally diagnose what i have

ive gone heavy for the last year and half with minimal breaks and its time to switch up the workout for a few months and focus on seperation, and detail (even tho im still covered in body fat) give the old joints a break

ive had rotator cuff problems trying some exercises to make it stronger has helped me. I use an elastic band holding my arm at 90 degree bend and extend from my stomach out to my side...kinda like you would be working rear delts but arm at 90 i do about 15 reps and that has helped my shoulders hold up better
