yeah bout 50% of it.. and some where i read that the cholesterol from the yolks isnt exactly indicative of the effects on ones cholestrol. but the fat in the yolk can add up real fast in terms of caloric values and a caloric excess = fat storage.. so i usually only eat 3-4 yolks per meal when i eat eggs rest i eat the whitesOriginally Posted by Godson
