the best way to have a productive cycle imo is to post, get critiqued, repost and so on until you have it nailed

Thanks for the replies guys, ive figured it out on the site. Also a few questions, What is PCT? And what would you suggest doing to have a good cycle with Test E and D-Bol. I'm not looking to get real huge, but just to have a nice bigger build than what i have now would be great. I went from 250lbs and worked most of that off in about 2 years working out and framing and doing construction and now I'm down to 190, and I have some loose skin from loosing weight, not alot like fat bastard on austin powers haha ,but on my arms i have some stretch marks from when i was a big boy. Oh by the way my name is Ken, im 6'1, i just turned 21 i have a nice med build, ive been working on fitness on and off for 2 years or so. Any advice on what would work best on Test E and a DBol cycle and maybe a cutting cycle after that.
pct is post cycle therapy, in my opinion it's the most important thing to learn if you are thinking about running a cycle. also need to read up on proper diets. take a little time to read up on starter cycles and pct, and propose what ideas you have after a bit of studying and we'll help you tweak it.

PCT is basically how to raise your natural test levels etc. once you come off of gear and feel like keeping all those gains you worked so hard for. There are countless threads discussing how to do it properly depending on what compounds you have used. Do a search for PCT protocol, or somthing along those lines.
