hello all I am 35 been workingout for 2yrs now @ the end of a light cycle of test e only 275ml 1ml a week last shot was Tues this week ...when I was doing tri's skull crushers not heavy @ all the next day my elbows hurt even when I do bi's .they hurt .I never had them hurt so, this is a 1st how do I go about rehab? I started the iron man HIT tues.....wonder if I need to go light or stop till they heal
