    How many of you...

    How many of you that have a set diet and eat pretty much the same thing everyday almost throw up when you eat your meals? I know whenever I eat my 2 servings of tuna I just about puke it back up lol.

    i eat pretty much the same thing every day but i rotate,for example when im sick of tuna ill switch to pilchards and when im sick of them ill switch back

    same here, same macros everyday but i'll mix up my meats/prots and carbs but it all totals the same at the end of the day. for a while i couldnt so much as look at chicken breast and ate tons of egg beaters instead

    Yeah, I have gotten to the point where if I ate one more boiled egg or chicken breast I feel that I am going to puke. Makes me almost wish I didn't know what good food tasted like.

    staying on the exact same super clean high protien perfectly balenced diet sucks, so i tend to cycle my foods everyso often. there are people on here who have "the perfect diet" ...boring and its not always the best way to go.

    this is my question for you





    if you are doing nothing but laying around the house all day, and then the next, you play basketball, cut the grass, wash the car, walk to the store, would you still eat exactly the same thing in the exact same portions?

    on the other side of things, i eat chicken and rice dominantly........because a. its all i can afford, and b. i digest it well (also eat eggs daily)

    i have a new oatmeal intolerance where it makes me shit diahrea which makes me happy because now i truly cant eat oatmeal.......


    if i could afford it, i would eat beef every meal of the day, but until then, i throw it in when i can

    I get tired of the same stuff. Even for breakfast... the one thing I'm really guilty of is eating semi-processed foods lately which have a lot of sodium.

    Stouffer's lasagna, stuffed peppers, french bread pizzas... all packed in my freezer since I live 5 minutes from their factory. I get the stuff cheap as hell and its sooooooooooo good.

    i cycle what i eat, i just make sure i dont indulge in too many cheat foods and that my diet is stable and high in protein. Im not overly concerned with fat since im bulking anyways and have never gotten too high bf% for my liking. Eating the same thing everyday all the time would drive me crazy, unless i was on cycle or cutting i keep it fresh

    Serotonin.. I live about 25 minutes from a stoufers as well. Do they really give ya good deals there?

    And I never eat the same stuff daily.

    I change it up.

    There are so many good, healthy recipes around various boards(the 'net in general, really) that there is no need to have a "boring" diet.

    Like Titleist said there are many different things floating around the net. All you have to do is choose whats best and easiest for you. not everyone is on the same culinary cooking level.

    If you get a little extra time one day you aren't working/going to class/or working out and try something a little different than what you are use to.

    Even if its only a few meals different in a run of a week it can break the mundane meals up nicely and make them more bearable....well personally speaking atleast.

    to be honest i really don't have a problem wit my diet b/c i really don't have anything specific planned out... i never cut, no matter what i can't put on fat... i stuff my face with anything i can't get my hands on... sushi, pizzza, steaks, hamburgers, tacobell,.... i just eat eat eat eat eat... i would hate to pull that crap with measuring everything i eat and eat the same damn thing everyday... and the same thing every meal.... shit i even eat fried chicken and tons of carbs... the only thing i don't eat is JUNK food, like candy and potato chips and garbage like that.... only full meals!!

    thats cool man but that sh^t will catch up with u one day. even if u cant tell any negative physical aspects from eating like that u may not actually be that healthy. not to say that i dont eat the occasional fried chicken but if anything is gonna take years off ur life its eating that stuff all the time.

    I change my diet up all the time. But I always, and I mean every day eat a 16oz. Steak. Either Ribeye, T-Bone, Serloin, or Fillet. I mostly get sick of Sammon. My wife makes it like 2 or 3 times a week, and I get sick of it. I would much rather eat Trout, Bass, Cod, or Shark.
    I also hear everyone saying the get sick of Tuna. For some reason I don't I eat 2 cans a day with a little salt and peper and Tobasco Sauce. I love it.

    plus, somthing about "recipies" that pose probelms for me


    when i eat, i eat everything at once........so, most people, when they have say steak and potatoe............they take a bite of steak, take a couple bites of potatoe, back to the steak etc etc......



    we over at intensemuscle.com, in the dog pound, eat all of our steak at once, then when we are finished with the steak, we then eat the potatoe



    this is for enhanced absorption, as well as carb control, but primarily for digestion and absorption

    i eat very clean but have a big variety to choose from . my wife, fortunately, is friggin awesome in the kitchen and she makes all kinds of chicken, steak and fish dishes.... steak salad and crab cakes tonight!

    I get so sick of what I eat I somtimes throw it up in my mouth but I don't want to wast it so I just man up and swallow it all back down.....the eggs and tuna really tast nasty when it comes back up.
