how much cardio on cycle, im trying to lean up a bit, im on the 7th week now, seen good results, just wanna lean up and firm up a bit.. should i do cardio in the morning or afternoon? i was told to do it on an empty stomach for 20mins, medium intensity??? any other thoughts.
( i will be also adding fina in week 8 @ 36.5mg ED for 3 weeks)
