Jus bvarely over 3 years ago I completely and severely dislocated my right hip as a result of a head on collsion with a drunk driver. It doesn't bother me too much on day to day basis...except when it gets cold. It hurts sometimes after doing heavy leg presses when I bring my knees as far back as humanly possible and when I do lunges. Never severe pain...just discomfort. Is there any real risk in doing heavy squats or leg exercises...any risks to my hip?
