Thread: Is it possible?

  1. #1

    Arrow Is it possible?

If not currently on AAS, and your workouts and most importantly your diet is clean and on point is it possible to gain lean muscle and lose fat weight at the same time?

    Just curious....

^^ I don't think it's as tough as Samson makes it seem. But it's certainly not easy. You really have to have all your crap togethwr

I'd say it'd be fairly difficult. I say this because the human body doesn't put that much lean mass on naturally in a year. So to have a somewhat restricted diet to lose fat would make it more difficult.

Over the last year I have dropped around 5% body fat and gained a few pounds. So It is most definitely possible, but slow.

    Exactly

We lose Bf% under a cal deficit - - - - We gain LBM under a cal surplus

So - - - - - It just doesn't work. . . .It does, but extremely slowly under a perfect diet and lifting routine.

Or you have my body and it just adapts to whatever I eat and doesn't grow regardless.

It's not a fast process. Look at Back in Blacks log in nutrition.

You can if you know your body and understand how it builds and burns fat, its not as easy as reading one of these shite diets on the net you got to get in tune which takes time and a lot of effort and determination.
