3 months ago i was just about to start gear, and i was in pretty god shape.. i was always a strong believer that a person should first achieve the max or close to the max naturally before any anabolic help...
in any case in a very pathetic way, playing tenis, i dislocated my knee and was imobilized for 4 weeks, right at the end i got that crazy flu and suffered a lot, in 5 weeks i lost 15lbs and a lot of strength... total loss in wieight was 22lbs, i understand its water weight also but i just looked pathetic
my question is: i am good to go now and working out in "girly man" section with weigts that my girlfriend is mastering for past 2 years, i am wondering if any of you that did have a break, but a serious one, used anything for a kick start, not anabolic but over the counter, just for kick start to get me through this early stage so i can gain some strength back and naturally some size, as i still am looking forward to do my gear
do any of testastoron pills do any good?
what do you use for energy?
Because when i go to the gym now i really have no stamina or almost will power to to anything...
