My Friends Cycle ???

I need a little help on my friends cycle! The image below shows every thing layed out so it's easy to understand.... This is whats he is taking Weeks 1-8 Equipose 600mg/week , 1-2 5-6 and 9-10 Clenbuterol/20mcg/ed and weeks 3-8 winstrol 50mg/ed.............. but he needs to know when exactly during the week it is best to take every thing! Just need a little help on this cycle and my cycle that I have posted on a different thread.
