    want to gain 20lbs!

    whats up everyone?

    my last cycle was test and deca about 6 months ago. i ran 400mgs of deca. and the test i ran at 500mgs for the four weeks then i boosted it up to 750mgs for four weeks. and for the last four weeks of my cycle i ran 500mgs of test. i went from 192 to 205lbs in 12 weeks. i was looking for a little more than that. right now i am about 195lbs and about to start another test and deca cycle. my goal is to be between 210 - 215lbs. i was wondering what should my dosage be to put me in that weight range? my diet is great, i have my pct, and i am dedicated to working out. can someone help me? thanks

    you should have got more out of your first cycle. What is your diet like?

    no way is your diet 'great' bro. either that or you are drinking with the buds on the weekends, not sleeping enough, pct wasn't adequate or had bunk gear.

    my first test e/deca cycle was 16 weeks - i went from 190 to 220 and kept 20 of those lbs and my diet was good or a little better at best. if i had my diet spot on i would have gained 40lbs and kept 30

    im bout to start a 14 week cycle 600mgtest/400mg deca
    and 50mg dbol to kick start it hoping to gain 30-40 lbs

    ive done something similar,gained 20 and kept 15,hard to say without following you around if u did anything wrong or not,im guessing it was enth or cyp right? why not kick start with prop this time and finish with 40-50mg/ed dbol for the last 4 weeks to consolidate gains.

    my doses were the following:

    26 weeker... test e 750mgs ew, deca 600mgs ew and dbol 40mgs ed first 8 weeks. i started at 4500 cals ed and evetually was up to 6700 cals ed. tracked every piece of food via fitday.com always adjusted my diet accordingly.

    not a small endeavor bro but possible

    this post is not even about me i was just saying thats what i was about to start im 184 6' though so 30lbs is very reachable

    not to bash you or anything but if you only gained three pounds on a test and deca cycle, i would go back to the drawing board and figure out what you didnt do or what you did wrong in your last cycle instead of looking for another cycle to do. you can jump on your next cycle and still only gain another net of 3 pounds, not to be rude. you said you went from 192 to 205 in 12 weeks which IMO shouldve been more, so that hasn't have anything to do with the pct. But now your back to 195 and considering another cycle? pct? diet? not enough sleep?... somethings wrong IMO

    my first cycle i gained 155 lbs and kept 123 lb. WTF??

    if you are gainining more than 15 lbs in any cycle no matter your experience you either have a shitload of water weight which will all drop off or you are no where close to your natural limit.

    After many cycles something like a 2 lb net gain is good.

    True on what has been posted.. Just on Test E you should have had 15 Lbs + on gains.

    Diet is the Key!!

    diet is key...but so is pct,sleep, and training get all of these in check, and then, just MAYBE do another cycle

    well, this was many years ago when i first completed my initial year of trt which actually did nearly nothing for weight gain - just adjusted my hormones to the proper ratios, etc.

    i just found my journal and i wrote in it that i weighed 146lbs at 5'7".... you have to realize that i was a semi professional cyclist for many years and as a sprinter i weighed right around 125-130lbs... yeah i know... disgusting but man did i fly!

    when i came off that cycle, i really never came off... dropped the deca, dropped the test dose down to 500mgs a week and no orals. did this for 3 months and then hit it again.

    now over the last 4 yrs i have managed to pack on an additional 45lbs or so. i guess it isn't alot in numbers but you have to consider i have managed to keep my bf right at 8-9%. my waist is 30" and you can see my ab muscles all the time.

    i am happy with my physique but wouldn't mind putting on another 15 lbs.

    man you didnt get crap from your 1st cycle. you coulda done that with creatine anfd high carbs, 400 of deca i doubt it was authentic.
    this brings me to a discussion im going to post concerning dosages Ive always used small dosages and had very solid gains.

    I gained 50 pounds in 18 months.... here is a look at my cycle history
    8 weeks on 5 weeks off all year eat clean and train hard and heavy. I try to eat around 500 calories per day with one cheat day.

    50 mg Anadrol week 1-4

    1400mg Cyponate week 1-8

    800mg Deca week 1- 8

    Between cycles I run Slin to maintain my weight just do your homework Slin is not for the inexperienced.

    My current stats=

    6' 285 w/15%BF

    Why 1400mg a week of test? Jesus thats high!! Second you don't even let your body recover with only 5 weeks off after 8 weeks on. Im sure your body loves you.

    I don't care what you do honestly, I just want to make sure other noobs don't follow in your footsteps. You may have an awsome body, i don't care, I care what is good advise. Posting your cycle history is not giving good advise. btw I'm in good shape don't worry about that.
