    Please help New cutting diet with DEXTROS

    Cutting Diet 218lbs / 13%bf / 6’1” / 21

    8:00a.m – 4oz 93% hamburger meat / 4oz chicken breast / 2 slice wheat bread
    52g protein / 26g carbs / 12.5g fat / 430 cal

    12:00p.m – 4oz chicken breast / 4oz 93% hamburger meat / ¼cup sauce / 2oz dry or/ 4oz cooked noodles
    54g protein / 50g carbs / 11g fat / 550 cal

    3:00p.m – 2 protein shakes / 2Tbsp
    51 g protein / 10g carbs / 8g fat / 330 cal

    5:30p.m – Creatine / workout
    4 calories / 1g carbs

    After workout – 2 protein shakes / ¼ + cup Dextrose
    48g protein / 45g carb / 2g fat / 420 cal

    9:00p.m – 4oz 93% hamburger meat / 1/4cup sauce / 2oz dry or/ 4oz cooked noodles
    31g protein / 50g carbs / 11g fat / 440 cal

    Total = 236 g protein / 182g carbs / 44.5g fat / 2170 cal

    3pm meal is 2 table spoons of FLAX SEED my bad

    2 tbsb flax seed oil has about 28g fat... at least the kind I get... double check your numbers.

    I'd up the protien. Take your weight and multiply by 1.5. I'd also throw in half a cup of oats pre workout. If using dex works for you, then I say stick with it. If you're like me, and gain fat by just looking at sugar, then replace your pwo with 1/2-3/4 cup of oats. Also, change your last meal up. Replace the noodles with 2 tbsp of natty peanut butter, and a cup of green veggies.

    Ehhh, it is his PPWO meal so he should probably get some carbs in there... although not from noodles.

    You might want to switch meals 2 and 3. get your carbs in your preworkout meal. IMO. Also, drop the carbs in your last meal and make it pro/fat.

    you need to try and divide your meals either into pro/fat or pro/carbs meals
