Ive done two 10week courses of deca and sus, both times i get to a certain size after about 3 weeks into the course then i dont get any bigger. Is there any thing else i could do to increase on my size.

Were you eating right?
Were you training enough?
Were you resting well?
What was the dose you were running of each?
I stuck to a diet, iwas training every other day, and i was having 200mg of deca and 100mg of sus every 4 days.
Alot of it prolly had to do with your diet but you were taking a females dose =P.... you should have been running more like 600mg of deca every week and 125mg of sust every other day...
Here's your three problems...
1) iwas training every other day
2) i was having 200mg of deca
3) 100mg of sus every 4 days
1) You should train more than every other day. Even if you are working one muscle group heavily at a time, 5 days a week should be your minimum
2) 200mg of Deca is barely going to do much for you, especially only at 10wks of it
3) 100mg of Sust every 4 days is also a waste of time

well, I don't know about you but I can't properly train every muscle group in just 3 days a week unless I'm in there for 2 hours at a time

How old are you? What are your stats? Give us some detail on your diet.
^^I saw post #12, but I briefly referred to that. I was mainly focusing on the myth that just because you on aas you should workout more.

Iam on 200mg deca and 100mg sus every 4 days but ive been told that i should up the dose

You should have used about 500mg of sust a week and have a proper PCT and all the necessary stuff to combat possible sides like gyno.
Sust also has to be shoot every 2 days not every 4.
Why did you start the cycle if you didn't do a proper research beforehand?![]()
I won't comment on the dosage, but if your worried about gyno or bloat you should add in armidex @ .25 -.5 mgs/day. If you really want to get the most out of your cycles than post up diet and training and we'll help you out.
