I posted this in the injury forum but I don't think many people visit that so here it goes:
Everytime I try to do a delt exercise the pain is unbearable in my elbow. Military presses is the only thing that doesn't bother it??? The pain got so bad I had to stop lifting all together. Not working out has bummed me out but I thought it was the best thing to do so it can heal!
So I went to the doc about my elbow pain. I already new it was tedonitis or tendonosis but she gave me a pack of prednisone for six days. She said that with some ice and heat should get me back to normal soon.
How long do you think I should wait before working out again?
Also, has anyone else here used prednisone and if so, did it work?
