is there any free websites that help count cals, and can help aid in weight loss and muscle gain?
all the sites i have found seem to only help put a person on track to lose weight and not seem to incorperate muscle gain
the reason i put this in this thred was cauz i was on a cycle , and will be taking again in a few months ( and figured you guys would have a good idea)
