    omg..... im soooooo full !!!

    i love sundays !!!

    hmm, lets have a recap of what ive eaten today

    PRO/CARB/FAT

    9:00am
    2 capsules of Lipo6X
    5g Glutamine

    9:15am
    Cardio

    10:15am
    4eggs+1whole 24/0/5
    1 tblsp of salsa 0/2/0
    1/2 cup of All Fiber Extra Fiber Kellogs Cereal 4/6/1
    1/2 cup of oatmeal 3/24/1
    1 1/2 scoop of whey 36/4.5/1.5
    1 slice of ham 6/1/.5

    total 73g protein, 37.5g carb, 9g of fat

    yup cheat days are the best. What does your weekly diet look like? I hope more than wheat bread, egg whites, tuna and water. lol

    I HACE SINCE THEN INCORPORATED many diff. things to my diet, i just searched for my old thread from last 2 weeks ago regarding my diet

    * i have cutback on alot of powder protein
    * much more variety in my pro and carb and fat selections
    *i have also added to my diet
    L-Carnitine
    Green Tea
    BCAA
    Glutamine
    Casein
    Creatine
    Multi Vitamin (with no iron)
    * and much more changes that im too lazy to post at the moment, im real full

    but yea!! I LOVE SUNDAYS !!!

    i would have the shake pwo and your meal 5 about an hour or so later, but other than that it seems like a great diet. Dont see any fat sources other than the nuts so try throwing a lean steak or salmon in the mix every once and a while.

    well i mean i am on a cutting diet, i dont wanna gain wieght now, after using the formula to get my macros, 39g of fat is my max so i can maximize fat loss and maximize muscle growth

    i dunno, its what the harris benedict formula told me and so far it working wonderful !!!

    I dont know why one would have such fluctuating macros but whatever if it works for you, so be it.

    what do u mean by fluctuating macros? you the protein to carb ratios?

    if so, im workin on that, like i said, im cutting back on alot of powder protein, ima only use it for morning, preworkout and postworkout seeing as how whey is a fast digesting protein so obviously it would be ideal for those times

    What I mean is in your first 3 meals you go from 74g to 40 and then 24 grams of protein respectively. Try to keep an equivalent amount, so 40-50g per meal.
    Are you sure that 3-4 eggs contain so much protein?

    Judging by the questions you pose on everything virtually possible, I think reading a couple of books would assist you greatly. I say that not as a scurrilous remark but rather to benefit you for your own sake.
