i was at work bout 3months ago and i was carrying bunch of bags with heavy stuff on one arm out i put my arm down and all the bags flew down around my wrist and it felt like it got pulled out alil but went back and it was killing me i took a month off the gym did nothing but heat and ice it it eventually felt better now im back in the gym 2-3months strong midway in a cycle and outta nowhere i woke up one morning and its killing me again i can move it up and down like u would if you were doing forearm curls but if i move it like left to right like opening a door handle it kills! and if i put pressure again it like to do a pushup or shoulder press bicep curl its hurts to im really upset about this cuz i wanna fight through it and finish my cycle![]()
