I have been lurking around for some time and this is my first post. I have been on TRT for 6 weeks. I take 100mg/wk. I have notice changes in strenght but have notice little loss in my mid section. I'm 40y/o 5' 10" 202lbs. I think my bf% would be around 22%. My question is, how long before I should see a decrease in my mid-section? I work out with the majority of my workout on cardio. Any suggestions on weight loss?
