Day 1 - I did 40 mg
Day 2 - 40 mg again
Day 3 - 60 mg
Day 4 - 100mg
research suggest .125 mg per lb of body weight. I weight 240 so that would be only 30 mg. Many of you suggest 75-100 to notice results. I started with 2000mg so what is the best way to finish off the 1760 mg I have left?
I know 6 weeks is the ideal period to stay on VAR but that means I would have to cut back by MG ED.......should I cut back and stay on longer OR should I keep the MG high and stay on shorter......more gear is not really an option right now but I'm trying anyway.
