clen cycle and dosage

Im sorry but im retarded when it comes to this forum thing and searching for things. Anyway, im going to start a clen cycle and im hoping someone might be able to help me with a good starting dosage and what type of cycle would be good for me. Im 5 11 185, im only looking to shed a 3 to 5% body fat if that with this and I was thinking about 1.5 to 2.0 weeks on then off depending on results. any help would be great
