Ok so Ive been lifting and running for 8 years now...mostly because of football
I like to keep in shape in pretty much all areas... long distance running, heavy lifting, and sprints.
Ive tried supplements like PROTEIN, CREATINE, NITRIC OXIDE, MULTIVITAMINS, AND GLUTAMINE.
Im benching about 285lbs about 4 times on a bench on tracks? not sure what the machine is called but thats all we have at this college is machines so stupid people cant hurt themselves
Idealistically I want to bench 315 around 4-5 times, so Id like to try a steriod cycle and I want to know how much once cycle could produce
(To be honest I dont know how long a cycle is and will need some further explaination)
(Remember Im new to this type building muscle)
Im 180 but I want to be 175 with less BF.
-What product would be the best thing for me?
-What are the side effects of one cycle? (How long would they last)
-How long would it take for my body to start naturally producing testosterone again?
