time off= time on + PCT
thats pretty much the standard... ur gonna wana give yourself significant time to recover, or your gonna have problems in the future....

how long was your last cycle and how long was the PCT for ur last cycle??... and how long ago did you end your last PCT??

I have't used yet, I was just wondering about the typical down time between cycles.
I was thinking of uing this cycle:
Compounds:
Testosterone enanthate or cypionate
Clomid
Nolvadex
Structure:
1-10 500mg/week of Test
12-14 150mg/day clomid
15-16 50mg/day clomid
12-16 40mg/day nolvadex
