T4 or ephedrine?

I dunno but its like comparing apples to oranges.... two completely different mechanisms. I don't like either...only take t4 when I do HGH, plus, I tolerate clen better than ephedrine

If i had to chose between the two, ephedrine. I didn't tolerate T3 very well

T4 would be better for fat loss. The t4 will burn more bf, you'll have less sides and your body will adjust to the ephedrine, however you have more room for error with your diet with ephedrine.

Prefer thyroid hormones for fat loss, T3 is way better than ephedrine imo.
