Last night I had a accident at work, a wall collasped on my knee as I was working in a hole that we had dug. The total amount was around 300 lbs of dirt. I can hardly walk because of my knee. We have filed a report with workers comp. they want me to go to the doctor and I do also, but will they test me for drugs and will the Omnadren that I am on show up? I am on my 4wk at 500mgs a week. I don't want to lose my job over this guys, any help advise would be great.

if they are testing you for steroids it would show up....but i do not imagine they would do that, more than likely the 5 thc, barbs, opiates, amphetemines, coke ?

Thier focus is knee damage(tissue,joints) not blood tests.I wouldnt over think it,And I always tell my doctor I use steroids they dont give a shit.

You won't be tested for gear, they will look for rec drugs though. As for telling your doc you're on is another matter.

you wont be tested for gear but you will be tested for weed, narcotics and all that good stuff they wanna know that you weren't all high in the hole and wasn't be cautions ...make it possibly your fault

Big thanks to everybody that posted, I just said phuck it and went. They tested for the rec. stuff. I had to go to a different doctor other than mine because of the workers comp, so I really didn't want to tell them about anything. Just tore a few ligaments should be fine. Thanks again.

it is common for the company to test for drugs after EVERY accident on the job...the bad news is that they are def gonna test you for both drugs and alcohol...the good news is that they will NOT test for steroids of any kind...truthfully, if u were on MORE steroids maybe you could have stopped the wall from falling in the first place lol
