    hello from NC

    Hi everyone. Im new here but not to the iron game. Been a member of many other forums, some of which are shut down, other which are not very active. Been looking for a forum with experienced trainers and not so many newbies, not that there is anything wrong with newbies. Gonna try to do more posting and replys than I have in the past. Looking foward to getting to chat. Later.

    thanks guys, Im located bout 30 minutes East of CLT. Sphincter nice to know there is some NC roots here too, and what do ya got to do to get privilages to PM
