How long before you noticed a decrease in strength once you came off the gear?? First noticeable decrease was today 22 days after I took my last shot.
Still maintaining most of the muscle although I'm doing a lot more cardio trying to lean down before I cycle back on.
I was pleasantly surprised that it took so long and the dropoff was minimal but it could have been because of the lack of sleep and lack of calories due to domestic problems but who knows.
How long did it take everyone else?
