Changing from EOD to 2x/week

I'm at the end of a 10 week cycle of Test/Tren... today is the end of week 8 and I just did the last shot of Test/tren, the remainder of the shots are going to be twice per week, just test.

My question is, how long should I wait to resume the 2x/week schedule from doing every other day shots? I was thinking 3 days til the next shot, and then 4 for the one after that.

I've been doing 1.15cc of test every other day, so I'll be changing that to 2cc twice/week

You didn't provide enough input for our output.
Are you changing forms of Test (i.e. from Prop to Enth)?

Nope keeping it cypionate... just getting rid of the Tren and I don't want to continue shooting EOD because its not necessary.

Just trying to figure out how long to wait after doing EOD shots of 287.5mg test, and then changing to 500mg 2x/week
