This is a flame free board and for a newb its not a very good start.

If people want to ask questions then that cant be a bad thing, if you dont like it then read elsewhere.

questions may seem stupid to us who have some knowlege on proper aas use, but if you know absolutely nothing, of course 'stupid' questions will be answered.

the search button does do wonders though, as well as the educational threads -cough cough, im looking at you noobs-

I would say this thread has served its purpose. You have to realize that by asking these "stupid" questions people ARE doing research. This is how they learn, sure they may get a wrong answer here and there but thats the same with every aspect of life. Some people give bad advice and some people give good advice.

If you see a bad post than simply report it and the staff will deal with it accordingly. Instead of ranting about the problem try to be part of the solution and use the report post botton.
