    Question pain during winnie cycle??need advice

    so i am on winnie and test right now and i have not had to many issues but sunday i played football ran alot first time i ran since starting this cycle.And today my ankels hurt like cant walk.is this from the winnie?i have never had issues with ankles play alot of sports.


    27,195lbs.6ft1 6%bodyfat.

    winny is said to dry up joints so that might be the culprit
