Hi there
I'm 43 and I'm on sust 500mg/w and deca 200mg/w. I was a little bit afraid to see my first blood test and to take my blood pressure... well... My bad cholesterol droped down and my blood pressure at complete rest is 11/7. The only side I got is acne and I feel a little bit tired. As the rule say, we are all different ! Good new for me.

are you taking the deca for joint problems cause 200mg a wk deca will not do much for you gains wise imo.

thank you millionairemuff but my hair is gone when I was 25 and taking no roids... but thank you again !
Why such a low dose of deca ? It's because I'm not very experienced with gear so I stay prudent. If I continue to be in good health I will bump it surely. I just can not believe my eyes when I see my blood test and my BP better on than off !
