I am not going to start until I turn 21, so I've got another 7 months of good naty training but this is what I am thinking right now:
weeks 1-12: Test E @ 250mg twice a week (Monday and Thursday)
HCG @ 250iu twice a week (Tuesday and Friday)
Nolva @ 20mg/day
Aromasin @ 20mg/day
weeks 12-16: Nolva @ 20mg/day
My goal is to add 20 lean lbs. I know it wouldn't be too bad to kick start with Dbol weeks 1-4 but this is my first and I want to keep it simple and see how I react to Test alone. Also, I've read a lot of different opinions on PCT. Most say you should start two weeks after last injection of Test E, yet, others say to start the day after the cycle is finished to speed up recovery. I've only got 16 total weeks for my cycle and PCT, so should I keep it as is or should I use a 10 week cycle instead? I really want to ensure proper PCT so any suggestions would be great. I've seen a lot a guys use both Clomid and Nolva but is that really necessary? What about vitamin E? Lastly, I've looking to get the Test from Aburaihan but I've heard of a lot of fakes, any way to tell them apart? Thanks for the help!
