    Question Help with first cycle

    I'm looking for some feedback for my first cycle. Let me know what you think.

    vitals: age 20, 5'7", 175, 7 meals/day, 4000 cals, 400 g protein, 450 g carbs, 60 grams fat, 8% BF

    I am not going to start until I turn 21, so I've got another 7 months of good naty training but this is what I am thinking right now:

    weeks 1-12: Test E @ 250mg twice a week (Monday and Thursday)
    HCG @ 250iu twice a week (Tuesday and Friday)
    Nolva @ 20mg/day
    Aromasin @ 20mg/day
    weeks 12-16: Nolva @ 20mg/day

    My goal is to add 20 lean lbs. I know it wouldn't be too bad to kick start with Dbol weeks 1-4 but this is my first and I want to keep it simple and see how I react to Test alone. Also, I've read a lot of different opinions on PCT. Most say you should start two weeks after last injection of Test E, yet, others say to start the day after the cycle is finished to speed up recovery. I've only got 16 total weeks for my cycle and PCT, so should I keep it as is or should I use a 10 week cycle instead? I really want to ensure proper PCT so any suggestions would be great. I've seen a lot a guys use both Clomid and Nolva but is that really necessary? What about vitamin E? Lastly, I've looking to get the Test from Aburaihan but I've heard of a lot of fakes, any way to tell them apart? Thanks for the help!

    imo you dont need the hcg until pct for a light cycle like that. and I say this being a huge fan of hcg but my cycles are alot more harsh on natty test levels.

    Good job on researching, however, here is a few things to note:
    1. Save your nolva for pct. No need for it unless you have gyno.
    2. No need for and AI as well (on cycle) unless youre worried about bloat and are prone to gyno. Your body needs some estrogen to build mass.
    3. Test Enan has a 14 day ester. Start pct 10-14 days after your last shot. Starting pct earlier is a waste, as the test will sill be active. Trust me on this. It will not speed anything up to start sooner.
    4. 10-12 weeks is fine. Gains for many tesnd to slow down by week 10. Listen to your body and go from there.
    5. Run pct until you feel normal, not until the 4 weeks is up.
    6. Use your AI during pct.
    7. HCG is fine to use for test. atrophy during cycle. No need to run it past cycle as it can keep you suppressed.

    glad to see a newb finally have an understanding of things...welcome xGI looks like your on the right path...glad to see your goin natty for a few more months as well...every few weeks might wanna re-evaluate your calories and try bumping them on up for more gains...about everybody else said all that was needed...a kickstart wouldnt hurt ya it'd still be simple...it's just hard to be patient when you dont see the gains for your first few weeks w/ the long estered test but that's fine...

    Right on bro looks good but , IMO that you will not need hcg with a cycle like that . Unless your nads shrink I would not even use it , always nice to have on hand though .
